Returns and Exchange Policy

If an item doesn’t meet your expectations or satisfaction, you may return it for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of the product.

Refunds or Credits

Call customer service to receive an RA number. An RA number is required for all returns. We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To receive a refund, your original invoice must accompany the return. The item must be in original packaging and/or condition and must not have been worn, washed, or used.

Select items sold by The Foxhole are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange. For example, customized items, clearance items, or any used items, etc.

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange an item for you provided it is returned in the same packaging and/or condition as when shipped. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser; unless you received the item in error.
